Corto.Fun Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-04-06. By accessing or using Corto.Fun, its API, portal, or related technical interfaces, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Corto.Fun is a software interface layered on top of the public Solana blockchain. It is not a bank, custodian, broker, exchange, dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, fiduciary, or legal adviser.
Corto.Fun is an independent software operator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of pump.fun, Raydium, PumpSwap, Solana validators, or any other third-party protocol, RPC provider, or infrastructure vendor.
Eligibility and compliance
- You may use the service only if doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction and lawful for your specific status, business activity, and wallet usage.
- You are solely responsible for sanctions screening, licensing, tax reporting, AML, accounting, disclosure, and all other legal or regulatory obligations that may apply to you.
- You must not use the service if you are prohibited from interacting with digital asset infrastructure under applicable law or restrictions.
- We are not responsible for informing you whether your use is legal, suitable, or compliant in any country, region, or regulatory regime.
Service scope and boundaries
- The service provides technical tooling for wallet generation, key verification, transaction construction, transaction submission, route selection, transaction status lookup, and token information retrieval.
- The service does not hold, custody, manage, control, or guarantee access to user funds, user wallets, seed phrases, private keys, balances, or positions.
- All blockchain interactions are initiated from user-supplied instructions. We do not execute trades as your agent and we do not control whether any Solana transaction is confirmed, rejected, reordered, delayed, sandwiched, front-run, partially executed, or rendered uneconomic.
- If you send a trade memo, the service may append a short Corto.Fun attribution memo only when the combined text still fits the blockchain memo size limit. If it does not fit, your memo stays unchanged and takes priority.
- The service may change infrastructure, limits, route selection logic, payload validation, schemas, supported pools, latency strategies, or access rules at any time, with or without notice.
- We may suspend, throttle, deny, or terminate access at our discretion, including for abuse, suspected fraud, excessive load, legal risk, sanctions risk, security incidents, or operational instability.
Automation, agent wallet, and control-plane features
- Agent wallet generation, execution keys, settings keys, policy controls, builders, analytics, data stream tools, generated snippets, previews, and examples are convenience interfaces only. They do not replace your own review, approvals, internal limits, monitoring, simulation, compliance checks, or risk management.
- You are solely responsible for all prompts, automation logic, destinations, allowlists, capability toggles, rolling limits, memo rules, partner payout fields, token launch inputs, claim requests, and any other parameters submitted through these features.
- We do not guarantee that your automation rules, prompts, policies, destinations, counterparties, snippets, examples, previews, analytics outputs, route hints, current state messages, or stream payloads are correct, complete, safe, current, profitable, lawful, or suitable for production use without your own validation.
- If your credentials, prompts, settings, or automation cause repeated, incorrect, delayed, duplicated, uneconomic, unwanted, or otherwise harmful blockchain actions, all resulting activity and loss remain your responsibility.
- You must secure all API keys, execution keys, settings keys, private keys, devices, bots, agents, servers, and third-party integrations connected to the service. Any compromise, leakage, replay, misuse, operator error, or misconfiguration on your side or your vendors' side is your responsibility.
Fees, costs, and third-party charges
- The service fee for Lightning execution is 0.5% per transaction, and the service fee for Local Build is 0.1% per transaction.
- The service fee for Transfer execution is 0.5% per transaction.
- The service fee for the dedicated Swap route is 0.5% when SOL is the input side or the output side of the swap. Pure token-to-token swaps currently do not add platform fee.
- You are solely responsible for all third-party and blockchain-level costs, including validator fees, priority fees, Jito tips, DEX fees, liquidity impact, rent, account creation costs, slippage, price impact, and failed transaction costs.
- Any partner payout, referral payout, or custom transfer configured in your request is entirely your responsibility. We do not verify commercial fairness, cap third-party compensation, or resolve commercial disputes between you and any partner.
- Any pricing, quote, profitability, gas, latency, route, fee, token, or market information displayed in the service is informational only and may be stale, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
Risk disclosure and non-reliance
- Digital asset trading is highly speculative, volatile, and capable of producing total loss. Meme coin trading, thin liquidity, protocol migrations, and low-liquidity pools materially increase this risk.
- Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Failures, retries, duplicates, routing anomalies, RPC inconsistencies, validator behavior, MEV activity, smart contract bugs, frozen liquidity, revoked permissions, token tax logic, migrations, or protocol-side changes can lead to loss or unexpected outcomes.
- You are solely responsible for request parameters, route preferences, slippage, position sizing, wallet security, endpoint selection, and the decision to submit or not submit any transaction.
- We do not provide investment, financial, tax, accounting, brokerage, or legal advice. Nothing in the API, portal, docs, examples, responses, analytics, or support communications should be treated as professional advice or a recommendation to trade.
- You must obtain your own independent professional advice before making financial, tax, legal, or compliance decisions.
Disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnity
- The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of availability, accuracy, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or suitability for trading.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of token value, liquidation, tax exposure, penalties, missed fills, failed execution, stale quotes, routing errors, third-party outages, wallet compromise, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
- We are not liable for any losses caused by Solana network conditions, validator behavior, RPC outages, DEX behavior, smart contract logic, token issuer actions, pool migrations, malicious tokens, scams, phishing, user error, or third-party infrastructure.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by bot or agent workflows, prompts, copied snippets, policy misconfiguration, stale or incomplete analytics, WebSocket interruptions, missing stream messages, incorrect allowlists, wrong destinations, repeated requests, partner payout misconfiguration, token launch errors, claim errors, execution loops, third-party relays, external bots, or any systems acting on your credentials, prompts, or instructions.
- If you lose a private key, API key, wallet access method, device access, or signing capability, the resulting loss or unavailability is solely your responsibility.
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator, maintainers, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your transactions, your content, your parameters, or your breach of these Terms.
- Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the service is to stop using it.
Final clauses
These Terms may be updated, modified, suspended, or replaced at any time by publishing a revised version. Continued use of the service after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are interpreted under the legal framework designated by the operator for the service jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, custody, brokerage, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.
